jiino1 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you ("the User," "the Player," "you") and jiino1 ("jiino1," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the jiino1 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jiino1.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and maintain an active account on the jiino1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

jiino1 may, at its sole discretion, refuse account registration or close an existing account if it reasonably believes that an eligibility criterion has not been met or has ceased to be met at any point during the account's existence.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the jiino1 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized them.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jiino1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above account security obligations. jiino1 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.

All financial transactions on the jiino1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jiino1 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and major credit cards. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at jiino1's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jiino1 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jiino1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have been fully verified (identity and payment method verification completed).
• The full wagering requirement attached to any active bonus must have been met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• jiino1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status.
• jiino1 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.

jiino1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback deals. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, and to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made.

All bets placed on the jiino1 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, fishing arcade games, bingo, or e-sabong — are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform, as well as these general conditions:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirmation.
• jiino1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded prior to bet placement, where such information was not correctly reflected at the time of betting due to a technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the game's pre-determined outcome. jiino1 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiino1 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.

• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent disputes with payment providers in relation to legitimate transactions on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiino1 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account.

All content on the jiino1 Platform — including but not limited to the jiino1 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade names, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of jiino1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or broadcast any Platform content without jiino1's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use any jiino1 trademark or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jiino1's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

The jiino1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jiino1 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, jiino1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiino1 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall jiino1, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, other than where directly caused by jiino1's own negligence.
• Technical failures, server outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond jiino1's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiino1's liability for death or personal injury caused by jiino1's proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiino1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward all Filipino players seriously. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behavior that requires intervention and support.

jiino1 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your ability to log in for a chosen period (24 hours to 30 days).

• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined by jiino1's dormant account policy.

You may also voluntarily close your jiino1 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and any outstanding compliance requirements.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. jiino1 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 on dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players are notified via email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

jiino1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the jiino1 Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Amendments take effect on the date stated in the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. jiino1 will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms, available on request by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jiino1 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a formal complaint to jiino1's support team at [email protected], and jiino1 will respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section prevents jiino1 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
